Software Expert (AI Developer) - M/BDO4-PU

• Develop and implement Al solutions, algorithms, and models using Machine Learning and NLP techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and develop Al applications and systems that meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.
• Conduct data analysis, data preprocessing, and feature engineering to prepare data for Al models.
• Train, evaluate, and optimize Machine Learning models using various algorithms and techniques.
• Apply NLP techniques for text classification, sentiment analysis, entity recognition, and other NLP tasks.
• Collaborate with Data experts to integrate Al models into production systems.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Al, Machine Learning, and NLP technologies.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Document code, algorithms, and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintainability.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Al development, with a focus on Machine Learning and NLP
• Good experience with relevant libraries/frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, NLTK) with strong programming skills in Python.
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, techniques, and frameworks.
• Experience with NLP tasks such as text classification, sentiment analysis, entity recognition, and language modeling.
• Proficiency in data analysis, data preprocessing, and feature engineering.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and their Al services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on complex business problems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
