Job Description

GO-AI is a technology enablement organization that accelerates the development and enhances the performance of AI-based robotic and automation solutions for Amazon Robotics (AR) and key Worldwide Operations programs. We combine human expertise with machine learning to produce high-quality training data, validate model outputs, and continuously improve AI system performance across many annotation programs and a large global workforce.

This Senior Manager, Technical Product Management will lead central operations functions within GO-AI, including quality assurance, labor planning and capacity management, and people development initiatives (upskilling, learning programs, career progression). You will own the strategy for GO-AI operations capabilities and evolution, translating demand signals into production-ready capacity plans and converting program-specific operational patterns into scalable, repeatable processes. You will drive operational efficiency initiatives, evaluate and adopt tools to improve workforce planning and utilization, and lead AI-enabled process improvement across the organization.

As GO-AI evolves from a labor-led service to a tech-enabled operation, this role will ensure the operational foundation, including workforce readiness, quality standards, and capacity planning, adapts in step with that transformation.

- Convert program-specific operational patterns into standardized service offerings that scale across the portfolio
- Own the associate lifecycle from onboarding through upskilling, ensuring workforce readiness keeps pace with new program launches and evolving AI model requirements
- Lead tool strategy for workforce planning and capacity management, driving adoption of platforms that replace manual processes
- Represent operations in cross-functional forums with engineering, science, and product leadership
- Lead and develop a geographically distributed team across the United States, India, and Costa Rica, ensuring alignment and operational consistency across time zones

Basic qualifications

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or equivalent
- Experience working cross-functionally across several teams both technical and non-technical

Preferred qualifications

- Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment
- Experience in a fast-paced, automated, industrial, logistics, production or manufacturing environment
- Experience in operations planning for AI/ML data production, annotation, or expert workforce operations
- Track record converting bespoke operational solutions into standardized, repeatable service offerings
- Experience driving AI adoption or process automation within an operations organization
- Familiarity with make/buy decisions for operational software tools (WFM, scheduling, planning platforms)
