Job Description

As the Senior Product Manager, you will partner with APB teams around the globe, including product developers, business managers, sourcing and quality managers, manufacturers, regulatory and safety specialists, public policy/environmental/social responsibility experts, engineering teams, and central product and tech teams to operationalize safety and compliance into business decisions, metrics, and goals as well as into the processes and tools that these teams use daily.
This role requires skills to influence across a global organization, manage a high level of ambiguity, and make high-judgment decisions. The ideal candidate will be highly-analytical, creative, articulate, influential and be able to invent new solutions that are simple and effective.

What You’ll Own
· Regulatory Intelligence Technology: Product strategy for AI-powered regulatory monitoring, applicability assessment, and impact identification — evolving from human-validated to autonomous operation
· Bill of Materials (BOM) Data Quality & Strategy: Product vision for how APB captures, validates, and enforces BOM data across all product families — including integration with product lifecycle management systems and upstream/downstream data consumers
· AI Agent Lifecycle: Own the product roadmap for agents in your domain — from requirements documents (BRDs) through launch, accuracy monitoring, and iteration — ensuring they meet defined accuracy thresholds with appropriate human oversight

Key job responsibilities
• Define product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for regulatory technology capabilities
• Write BRDs, PRFAQs, and requirements documents that translate complex regulatory needs into clear engineering specifications
• Partner with software engineering to prioritize, sequence, and deliver against the roadmap
• Drive cross-functional alignment across SSC, Quality, Sourcing, Compliance Operations, and Product Development teams
• Establish and track success metrics; use data to inform product decisions and demonstrate business impact
• Navigate ambiguity in a space where regulatory requirements, platform dependencies, and AI capabilities are all evolving simultaneously
