Como Agentic Architect en Kyndryl, tendrás la oportunidad de trabajar con algunas de las empresas más innovadoras y dinámicas del mundo, ayudándolas a alcanzar sus objetivos empresariales mediante la implementación estratégica de tecnología.

Serás responsable de conectar las necesidades de negocio de nuestros clientes con su estrategia tecnológica (IT), utilizando diferentes modelos y perspectivas arquitectónicas para crear una visión clara de cómo satisfacer sus requisitos de una manera ágil, sostenible y flexible.

Para destacar en este puesto, necesitarás comprender las necesidades y limitaciones de nuestros clientes y aplicar tus conocimientos del sector y las mejores prácticas para desarrollar soluciones tecnológicas eficaces.

Además de tus capacidades técnicas, necesitarás ser una persona con excelentes habilidades de comunicación, capaz de influir en los clientes y transmitir el valor de nuestras soluciones gracias a tu conocimiento de tecnologías de vanguardia y a tu comprensión de su negocio e industria.

Who You Are

Misión

• Diseñar harnesses de desarrollo agéntico (Claude Code y otros coding agents) que conviertan agentes en factorías de software gobernadas y auditables.
• Arquitecturar aplicaciones agénticas multi-agente sobre stacks empresariales de cliente, de diseño a producción.

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar harnesses: hooks, skills, sub-agentes, permisos, contexto, gates de calidad y trazabilidad.
• Definir la cadena intent → spec → plan → diff y sus controles (evals, tests, revisión humana).
• Arquitecturas multi-agente con LangGraph (estado, checkpointing, interrupts, orquestación) e integración vía MCP.
• Estrategia de evaluación en LangSmith: golden datasets, evals como gates de pipeline, regresiones.
• Observabilidad, coste y seguridad de agentes (prompt injection, guardrails, AI Act).
• Aplicar el harness a migración: specs desde código legado y regeneración de aplicaciones.
• Arquitecturas de referencia, ADRs, mentoría y soporte a preventa.

Imprescindibles

• 8+ años en ingeniería/arquitectura de software, 2+ con sistemas LLM en producción.
• Coding agents (Claude Code, Codex CLI o similares) configurados y gobernados para equipos, no solo uso individual.
• LangGraph/LangChain a nivel de arquitectura; Python avanzado.
• MCP: diseño de servidores y modelo de permisos.
• Evals y observabilidad LLM (LangSmith, Langfuse o equivalente).
• APIs de modelos frontera (Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Vertex) y patrones de tool-use.
• Base de arquitectura empresarial: Azure/GCP, Kubernetes/OpenShift, CI/CD.
• Interlocución con CTOs y arquitectos de cliente; inglés profesional.

Deseables

• Platform engineering / IDPs y agentes en pipelines existentes (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Otros frameworks agénticos (OpenAI Agents SDK, Google ADK, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel).
• Vector stores y retrieval; entornos regulados (banca, sanidad, público).
