At Franklin Templeton, we believe success is built through powerful partnerships. As a forward thinking asset manager, we build dynamic relationships with clients, understand their goals, and navigate complex markets together. We leverage cutting edge strategies and deep insights to unlock opportunities for long term wealth creation. Our talented, global teams bring expertise that is both broad and unique.

From our welcoming, inclusive, and supportive culture to our globally diverse business, we offer opportunities not only to help you reach your potential, but also to contribute to our clients’ success.

Team & Role Overview

About the Team and Department

The AI Adoption & Solutions Team defines and advances Franklin Templeton’s enterprise AI vision and strategy, translating rapidly evolving AI capabilities into scalable solutions, new ways of working, and measurable business value. The team serves as a trusted AI advisor and consultant to businesses across the firm, helping leaders reimagine how work gets done, and embed AI directly into the tools and workflows where employees work to promote effective, responsible, and sustained AI usage. In partnership with business teams, the team incubates and co-creates AI solutions through prototyping, helping promising ideas progress toward scalable enterprise capabilities. AI enablement builds enterprise AI fluency through education, training, hands-on learning, communities and practical resources that empower employees to use AI effectively in their day-to-day work. The team also helps foster an AI-forward culture and shape the future of work, enabling new human-AI ways of working and accelerating adoption in close partnership with Change Management, Technology, Risk, Legal and Compliance, and other enterprise functions. Ultimately, the team connects AI strategy, advisory, solutions, enablement and adoption to help Franklin Templeton continuously capture value from AI as the technology and the asset management industry evolve.

About the Role

The AI Enablement Lead owns the AI-domain content, advisory capability, and credibility at the center of the firm's enterprise AI enablement. This is a trusted-advisor role that business leadership count on: the Lead consults with business teams to identify high-value opportunities; provides AI expertise on the optimal paths; designs the firm's AI fluency curriculum, best-practice standards, champions program, and role-based playbooks; and enables scalable training and facilitation through partner teams (OCM, HR, L&D, Training). Success is measured by workforce AI fluency and adoption, realized and tracked business value, and the quality of the AI use pipeline that flows from the community into the solutioning team.

How You Will Add Value

  • Provide AI advisory and consultation to business leaders and teams, helping translate strategic priorities and workflow pain points into actionable AI opportunities.
  • Design and own the enterprise AI fluency curriculum and role-based capability paths, including learning objectives, content, exercises, and measurement.
  • Design and facilitate high-impact training, workshops, office hours, and executive or team working sessions; equip partner facilitators to scale delivery.
  • Define and maintain AI best-practice standards and a curated library of tools, prompts, and reusable resources.
  • Build and run the AI Champions program — recruit, enable, and sustain a cross-firm community of practitioners.
  • Design and lead AI hackathons and enablement events, and curate the ideas they generate for the solutioning pod.
  • Co-create line-of-business (LOB) playbooks with the Solutioning pod so guidance reflects real, proven solutions.
  • Orchestrate delivery at scale through OCM, HR, L&D, and Training partners — train facilitators and hand off logistics rather than personally delivering everything.
  • Establish value hypotheses, baselines, success measures, and reporting for priority use cases; track adoption, productivity, quality, risk, and business outcomes from pilot through scale.
  • Track and report enablement metrics, including workforce trained, active champions, tool usage, proficiency gains, and ideas generated and advanced.
  • Partner with the Executive & Strategic pod to align advisory, enablement, and value reporting with leadership priorities and the firm's AI value narrative.

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role

Experience, Education & Certifications

Required Skills & Experience

  • Deep, current AI fluency — hands-on familiarity with GenAI tools, agentic workflows, and enterprise AI use cases; credible with both technical and business audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience advising business leaders and teams on AI opportunities, use-case prioritization, adoption, and responsible implementation.
  • Proven instructional-design and adult-learning expertise; able to turn complex AI concepts into scalable, role-based learning journeys and facilitate engaging sessions for varied audiences.
  • Track record building communities of practice, champions networks, or similar practitioner communities.
  • Experience orchestrating delivery through partner functions rather than owning all delivery personally.
  • Strong consultation, facilitation, and communication skills across all seniority levels, including executive audiences.
  • Ability to define business-value hypotheses, establish baselines and KPIs, and instrument and report on adoption, behavior change, productivity, quality, and realized outcomes.
