Analyst – ICS Pay Over Time (POT) – PLI & RLI Band: B30
Role Overview

This Analyst role will be part of the ICS Pay Over Time (POT) team, supporting Proactive Line Increase (PLI) and Reactive Line Increase (RLI) processes. The role will focus on supporting the execution, monitoring, analysis and ongoing management of PLI/RLI strategies and processes, while ensuring adherence to applicable policies, controls and regulatory requirements.

The Analyst will work closely with key business partners and stakeholders to support effective management of the PLI/RLI processes, identify opportunities through data and analysis, monitor performance and provide insights that support business objectives and an effective Card Member experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the PLI and RLI processes for ICS Pay Over Time, including ongoing execution, monitoring, analysis and reporting.
• Perform detailed analysis of PLI/RLI performance and key business metrics to identify trends, opportunities, anomalies and areas requiring further investigation.
• Support the development, implementation and ongoing management of PLI/RLI strategies and initiatives, working closely with relevant partners and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards and performance tracking, leveraging data and analytical insights to support business decisions and recommendations.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis to understand business performance, customer behavior and the impact of changes to PLI/RLI strategies or processes.
• Support testing, implementation and post-implementation monitoring of changes and enhancements, while identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Risk, Technologies, Operations and other key stakeholders, to support initiatives and resolve issues.
• Ensure PLI/RLI activities are executed in accordance with established policies, procedures, controls and regulatory requirements, while maintaining appropriate process and control documentation.
• Proactively identify emerging trends, issues or process gaps and communicate findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
• Manage multiple priorities and deliverables while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data and translate analysis into meaningful business insights.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience querying, manipulating and analyzing large datasets.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting and visualization tools, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Python or other analytical tools is a plus.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate business requirements into analytical or technical requirements.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, controls and data integrity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities and deliver against timelines.
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, ownership and ability to independently investigate issues and identify solutions.
• Experience in credit, lending, line management, Pay Over Time or related financial services products/processes is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
