Conversational AI Consultant (m/w/d)

We are seeking a visionary Generative- and Conversational AI Consultant to drive the next evolution of enterprise customer service. In this role, you will act as the strategic bridge between our clients' business needs and our cutting-edge AI capabilities. You will paint the "target picture" for large-scale service transformations, rapidly build MVPs and mini-POCs, and seamlessly orchestrate our in-house Conversational AI Platform with leading industry engines.

Crucially, you will act as a proactive technology scout —identifying development potentials for our platform, collaborate with our customers, screening the market for best-in-breed solutions (e.g., advanced VoiceAI, STT/TTS engines, Multimodal models), and integrating these innovations to continuously future-proof our ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Vision & Target Pictures: Design visionary Target Operating Models for enterprise clients, illustrating how human experts and AI (Voice, Chat, Agent Assist) seamlessly collaborate in a unified service flow.
• Rapid Prototyping & MVPs: Hands-on design and development of conversational flows, dynamic demos, and mini-POCs to validate complex use cases and drive stakeholder buy-in early in the sales cycle.
• Strategic Tech Scouting & Gap Mitigation: Continuously screen the AI market for disruptive technologies and products. Identify capability gaps within our current platform based on customer feedback, and evaluate third-party tools (e.g., ElevenLabs, Soniox, specialized LLMs) to strategically compensate for these weaknesses.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and Developers to ensure that your MVPs and scouted technologies are feasible, scalable, and effectively integrated into our abstracted "Hub" architecture.
• Consultative Leadership & Transformation Enablement: Provide expert consultative support during pre-sales, discovery, and early delivery phases. Act as a trusted advisor to internal Bosch stakeholders and external clients, actively sharing best practices and enabling the broader organization to successfully navigate the AI transformation process.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience: Proven track record in Conversational AI consulting, solution engineering, or technical business analysis, with a deep understanding of customer service processes and contact center KPIs (e.g., AHT, Containment Rate, CSAT).
• Storytelling & Translation: Exceptional communication skills—ability to translate complex AI architectures (the "technology zoo") into clear, compelling value propositions and ROI for Business Owners.
• Tech Fluency: Hands-on experience with at least one leading conversational platform (e.g., Google CCAI / Dialogflow CX, Genesys Cloud CX, Cognigy, or Salesforce) and a strong grasp of GenAI prompt engineering.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive, analytical approach to identifying technical bottlenecks and finding creative market solutions to overcome them.
• Language: Fluent in English and German (Level: min. B2-C1).

Nice to Have

• Experience with advanced VoiceAI components (STT/TTS engines like Soniox, ElevenLabs) and low-latency streaming architectures.
• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and how to orchestrate enterprise knowledge (e.g., CRM, web crawling, Docupedia) for AI consumption.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and basic scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Python) for rapid API prototyping.
• Previous experience operating in a B2B SaaS, Managed Services, or Enterprise IT environment.
