NewWe are seeking a Director, Business Analytics & Insights to lead our Planning Analytics and Rapid Analytics functions. This leader will own a team responsible for some of the most critical analytical capabilities supporting the business, including segmentation strategy, Fast Start, quota planning, territory and coverage models, investment optimization, and executive decision support. In addition to leading planning analytics, this role will build and scale a Rapid Analytics capability designed to deliver high-impact insights at the pace of business. This team will operate as an internal analytics consulting organization, rapidly framing ambiguous business problems, conducting analyses, generating actionable recommendations, and influencing strategic decisions without relying on traditional development cycles.
The successful candidate will combine exceptional people leadership, analytical rigor, business acumen, and technical understanding. They will partner closely with engineering and platform teams to establish scalable data foundations, semantic models, AI-ready analytical assets, and modern analytics capabilities while developing a high-performing team recognized for speed, innovation, and business impact.
Required/minimum qualifications
Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 6+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 8+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis OR equivalent experience.
Additional or preferred qualifications
Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 12+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Finance,Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 15+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis OR equivalent experience.
5+ years people management experience.
Business Analytics M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year.
