Shape the future HR experience at Danske Bank by creating intuitive, accessible and seamless experiences across Workday and beyond. You will play a key role in our broader Daily HR transformation towards a world-class, tech-enabled HR organisation.

What you will be doing

As an Experienced Business Analyst with focus on UX/UI you will act as a UI/UX Workstream Lead, and you will play a key role in shaping a coherent, accessible and trusted experience across the new Workday HCM platform. You will work across programme workstreams and stakeholder groups to ensure that solution and process decisions come together into a consistent end-to-end experience for employees, managers, candidates, recruiters, HR Services and other users.   • Lead the UI/UX Workstream and drive overall delivery, priorities and stakeholder alignment
  • Ensure a coherent and consistent end-to-end user experience across Workday processes and user groups
  • Provide independent experience guidance across programme workstreams and challenge decisions that may create fragmented user journeys
  • Drive accessibility requirements and ensure they are considered, validated and evidenced throughout the implementation
  • Partner with stakeholders to align expectations with Workday capabilities, limitations and implementation decisions
  • Promote consistent experience and accessibility principles across the programme
     

About you

  • Experience working as a Business Analyst or other including extensive experience in UX, usability, accessibility and digital workplace design
  • Strong expertise in user journey evaluation and experience quality
  • Experience with accessibility reviews and industry best practices
  • Ability to provide clear expert guidance and recommendations
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to balance user needs with solution capabilities and limitations
  • Continuous improvement mindset with agile approach to problem-solving

 

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 4400 EUR to 6600 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
