Lead independent review and validation of machine learning, statistical, and generative AI models across the organization, assessing their fitness for purpose and risk controls. You'll need extensive hands-on experience developing and evaluating ML and GenAI models, practical expertise with transformer fine-tuning, PyTorch, AWS SageMaker and tools like LangChain and LangGraph, plus advanced Python coding skills.
