As a fractional Product Designer, you will shape an AI-powered recruiting product that helps candidates connect with relevant opportunities and hiring teams discover talent. You will work directly with the founding and engineering teams, bringing design perspective to product decisions and helping ship useful, trustworthy experiences.
Own design across product interfaces, candidate experiences, company dashboards, and conversational AI interactions.
Turn ambiguous product problems into clear, intuitive end-to-end flows for candidates, companies, and internal teams.
Build and evolve the product design system using Figma.
Conduct lightweight research through user interviews, session observation, and identifying points of friction.
Work autonomously with a distributed team and contribute to product direction alongside the founding team.
At least 5 years of digital product design experience, including experience as a primary or sole designer at a startup.
Deep fluency in Figma, including product design and design system work.
A current portfolio demonstrating thoughtful, clear product design and shipped work.
Experience designing end-to-end flows for products serving multiple user groups, and building design systems from an early stage.
Experience with lightweight user research and effective async collaboration with minimal direction.
Recruiting, HR technology, talent marketplace, AI product, conversational interface, or broader marketplace experience is valuable.
Compensation range is $100,000 to $120,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
This is a fully remote role open worldwide.
