- Build AI agents for repetitive, rules-based tasks and agentic applications for complex, open-ended Finance use cases.
- Integrate in-house LLMs with applications, data pages, structured datasets, and supporting services.
- Develop modular AI architectures with independently testable components, clear interfaces, reusable services, and maintainable code.
- Implement AI orchestration workflows, tool use, retrieval, prompt patterns, and state management using the LangChain family of tools or equivalent frameworks.
- Design and enforce guardrails for accuracy, safety, access control, data confidentiality, and predictable agent behavior.
- Build evaluation and A/B testing approaches for prompts, agents, workflows, and user-facing outputs; monitor quality and improve iteratively.
- Develop lightweight web interfaces and services using HTML and modern web frameworks; support on-premise and cloud deployment patterns.
- Partner with Finance and Data/BI stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions and data products.
- Document technical designs, data flows, test cases, operating procedures, and model/agent behavior.
- Contribute to the broader analytics capability, including forecasting, anomaly detection, intelligent automation, and decision-support use cases.

- 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, data analytics engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications, AI agents, or agentic workflows.
- Practical experience with AI orchestration frameworks and the LangChain family of tools or equivalent technologies.
- Experience integrating LLMs with applications, APIs, databases, or structured/unstructured data sources.
- Ability to design modular, testable software components and establish automated evaluation/testing for AI behavior.
- Experience implementing guardrails, validation, monitoring, and quality controls for AI-enabled applications.
- Working knowledge of Python and web technologies, including HTML; experience deploying applications on-premise or in cloud environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to data quality and reliable outputs.
