HR Intern

We’re looking for an enthu HR Intern to join the People team at Bolna.ai.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to learn how People Operations works in a fast-growing startup - from supporting employees to helping run day-to-day HR and office operations.

What you’ll do

• Support employee onboarding, documentation, and HR operations.

• Maintain employee records and ensure HR data stays accurate and organised.

• Support employee queries and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.

• Facilitate office operations, events, employee engagement activities, and day-to-day administrative tasks effectively.

• Coordinate with employees and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of HR and office requirements.

• Support the People team with day-to-day operational requirements as the organisation scales.

Who we’re looking for

• 0–1 year of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related internship.

• Prior HR internship experience is a plus.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• Detail-oriented and comfortable handling multiple tasks.

• Proactive, dependable, and willing to take ownership.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and wants to build a career in HR.
