Java Full Stack Developer

  Tasks / ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using Java, Python, and modern frontend frameworks such as Angular or React.Develop backend services, REST APIs, and microservices with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.Build AI-powered applications by integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI frameworks, and intelligent automation solutions where applicable.Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and production support.Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to deliver high-quality software solutions using Agile methodologies.Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions for business problems.Take ownership of assigned features and drive them independently with minimal supervision.Troubleshoot complex technical issues and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and automation.Expected Skill Set3-5 years of hands-on experience in software development with strong proficiency in Java.Solid experience in Python application development.Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, data structures, and software engineering principles.Experience developing modern web applications using Angular or React along with backend technologies.Hands-on experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and Microservices.Good understanding of relational databases and API integration.Exposure to Generative AI concepts, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, AI frameworks, or AI application development.Understanding of AI-assisted development tools and modern software engineering practices is highly desirable.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently investigate and resolve technical challenges.Self-motivated individual with a strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn emerging technologies.Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and software development best practices.Added AdvantageExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.Experience with DevOps tools including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.Hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI APIs, or similar technologies.Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, or intelligent automation solutions.Exposure to vector databases, semantic search, and modern AI architectures.Good to Have SkillsKnowledge of Event-Driven Architecture and distributed systems.Familiarity with software architecture patterns and scalable system design.Experience with automated testing frameworks and quality engineering practices.Passion for exploring emerging technologies, particularly in AI and Generative AI.
