Key Responsibilities
• Administer LAN, WAN, routing, switching, wireless, VPN and network-security components within the approved scope.
• Monitor network health, capacity and availability and respond to alerts, incidents and performance degradation.
• Troubleshoot connectivity across offices, data centres, hosted environments and approved external services.
• Coordinate approved changes with telecom providers, TDRA and other relevant parties.
• Maintain network diagrams, IP plans, configuration baselines, inventories, backups and operational runbooks.
• Support firewall-rule, segmentation and secure-connectivity activities in coordination with cybersecurity.
• Contribute to resilience, capacity, failover and disaster-recovery testing. • Participate in agreed on-call coverage for critical network incidents.
Minimum Experience and Qualifications
• Minimum 6 years of enterprise network engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, TCP/IP, wireless, VPN, firewalls and network monitoring.
• CCNP or equivalent professional-level certification preferred; CCIE is an advantage. • Relevant Fortinet, Palo Alto or equivalent security-platform experience preferred.
• Strong incident troubleshooting and technical documentation capability.
