The Microsoft Entra Application Governance team builds core capabilities that help enterprises discover, manage, govern, and secure application identities at scale. As organizations adopt AI-powered applications, agents, automation, and other non-human identities, our mission is expanding to provide the visibility, least-privilege controls, lifecycle management, and policy enforcement needed to adopt this new generation of software securely. We are looking for a Principal Engineering Manager to lead a team working at the intersection of identity, security, AI, governance, and cloud-scale distributed systems. You will set technical and execution direction, build a strong engineering culture, and partner across Microsoft to deliver platform capabilities that directly affect customer security, compliance, and operational efficiency. This role combines people leadership, deep engineering judgment, product thinking, and accountability for reliable services operating at global scale. Software Engineering M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Czechia is Kč 1,983,000.00 - Kč 3,553,000.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
