You'll own feature development for Action Processing and Contracting, defining success metrics upfront and shipping end-to-end outcomes rather than just tickets. This requires three to four years of independent product ownership in technical or systems-heavy domains, fluency with AI tools to accelerate spec writing and analysis, and strong written communication in Markdown. You'll work hybrid, partner closely with engineering and cross-functional teams, and bring background in engineering or computer science. The role pays $104,500–$123,500 annually plus 5% performance bonus and equity.

Your Role at impact.com:
We’re hiring a technical Product Manager for the Action Processing (AP) and Contracting Squad — one of impact.com’s most foundational domains: how brands and partners define terms, commissions, lists, and contract workflows that power revenue on the platform.
This is a step up from associate-level execution. Ownership and delivery of value / outcomes are the core of this role: you own feature sets end-to-end, define what success looks like, and are accountable for shipped results — not only clear tickets and on-time delivery.
You have already made the shift to building with AI: you use agents and modern AI tooling to ship real artifacts (specs, prototypes, analyses, internal tools, personal projects). You’ll bring that operating system into a systems-heavy product domain and raise the quality and speed of requirements, tradeoffs, and delivery.
You’ll partner with a Senior Product Manager and Engineering with meaningful independence: you lead specs, own prioritization within your scope, and bring recommendations — not only options to escalate.
What You'll Do:
Ownership, outcomes & delivery
Technical product craft & AI-native building
Squad partnership & operational excellence
Roadmap, go-to-market & stakeholders
How we work
What You’ll Bring:
Nice To Have:
Salary Range: $104,500 – $123,500 per year, plus an additional 5% variable annual bonus contingent on Company performance and eligible to receive Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant. *This is the pay range the Company believes is equitable for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
