Job Description

Experienced Arabic-speaking QA Test Lead to lead end-to-end testing activities across enterprise web, mobile, and API-based applications.
The candidate will be responsible for test strategy, planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, UAT management, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.
Lead QA activities across multiple projects and releases.
Review Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and identify ambiguities, gaps, and testability issues.
Create and maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
Develop Test Strategy and Test Plan documents.
Define test scope, objectives, environments, entry/exit criteria, and risk mitigation plans.
Prepare and manage realistic test data.
Perform API regression testing for every release
Execute mobile application testing across Android and iOS devices covering
Coordinate and facilitate UAT with business users.
Prepare UAT scripts, user guides, defect reports, and sign-off documentation.
Track defects through closure and provide quality metrics and status reports.
Mentor QA team members and ensure adherence to QA best practices.
Design, review, and execute test cases for:

Regression Testing
Integration Testing
System Testing
End-to-End Testing
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Functional Testing

Requirements

8+ years of QA experience with at least 3 years leading testing teams.

Fluent Arabic and English communication.

Experience testing enterprise web, mobile, and API applications.

Strong stakeholder communication and reporting skills.
