Job Description

Would you like to help shape the future of work at Desjardins Group through artificial intelligence? As a Senior Advisor of AI Adoption and Individual Productivity for the Business Services department, you’ll act as a strategic resource for the business lines to accelerate the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence. You’ll liaise with Desjardins Group’s strategic directions, sectoral priorities and user needs to transform AI’s potential into tangible productivity gains, increased efficiency and enhanced business value. You’ll lead the responsible, measurable and sustainable rollout and adoption of solutions like Microsoft 365 Copilot and other personal productivity tools that use artificial intelligence. You’ll be responsible for AI adoption and promoting how we can use AI to boost individual productivity. You will not be responsible for developing or operating technical solutions. Instead, you will be the catalyst that helps Desjardins keep up with its business needs. You’ll also help the business lines that operate within the business services sector turn their individual AI productivity needs into tangible and secure use cases that create value. Ultimately, the role aims to leverage AI’s potential to deliver measurable results for our teams. More specifically, you will be required to :

  • Act as a strategic AI resource for the Business Services sector, particularly when it comes to AI solutions that can be used to support individual productivity and advise managers from the business lines on how to identify opportunities, priorities and strategic directions that will help maximize the value they deliver.
  • Ensure the alignment of all Desjardins teams, business lines, technology teams, as well as all governance, risk, compliance and security partners.
  • Pilot the rollout of individual productivity AI solutions, including wave planning, client prioritization, licence management, communications coordination and following up on challenges related to user access rights.
  • Define and develop a roadmap and adoption strategy for individual productivity AI to accelerate the transformation of work methods and value creation.
  • Mobilize a network of AI experts, practice communities and support levers to foster consistent, responsible and sustainable AI adoption across the Business Services sector.
  • Help managers, leaders and teams incorporate AI into their workflows by promoting the benefits of adopting new habits, expanding our roles and learning how to use these solutions in a sustainable way.
  • Define and track adoption indicators, usage statistics, satisfaction ratings, productivity gains and business value.
  • Document new knowledge, recommend adjustments and contribute to the evolution of methods, guides, templates, and practices that promote effective adoption at scale.
  • Contribute to usage governance by clarifying responsibilities, eligibility criteria, usable data and information, sharing rules, control mechanisms and approval processes.
  • Monitor AI capabilities and trends to anticipate new developments, identify potential applications and recommend solutions that are best suited to our business needs.

What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of six years of relevant experience in strategy, digital transformation, change management, business analysis, data or artificial intelligence
  • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
  • Experience in an organization-wide role related to the adoption of digital or AI solutions
  • Proven experience steering and coordinating cross-functional initiatives and supporting managers and leaders in the context of an organizational transformation
  • Experience translating complex business needs into strategic directions, adoption journeys and realistic, concrete, measurable solutions
  • Proven experience with the formulation of executive recommendations. Ability to intervene and mobilize active players without relying on direct hierarchical authority
  • Experience in the definition of indicators, measuring benefits and tracking the value delivered by digital and technological initiatives
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Mastery of communication techniques and the ability to simplify complex topics for various audiences, including department managers
  • Practical knowledge of issues related to governance, security, information protection, risk management and the AI solutions lifecycle
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot (Premium), Agent Builder, Cowork and concepts related to generative AI, chatbots and automation
