The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The USCS team is focused on making membership an indisputable competitive advantage and helping each other become better leaders every day. The Lending, Analytics, and Beyond the Card Products Team within U.S. Consumer Services manages a suite of lending & non-card products including Pay Over Time, Personal Loans, Plan It, Line, MyCredit Guide, and insurance. This team also manages pricing strategies & capabilities and data & analytics for the US Consumer business.
Within Lending, Analytics, and Beyond the Card Products, the U.S. Insurance Team owns a portfolio of No Additional Charge (NAC) and fee-based insurance products and services for customers across the Consumer, Small Business and Corporate portfolios, totaling $170M in Revenue.
The Senior Analyst, Product Management, Trip Cancel Guard will help drive the end-to-end management, optimization, and growth of one of U.S. Insurance’s differentiated revenue driving products. This role offers the opportunity to shape product strategy, improve the Card Member experience, and execute high-impact initiatives in partnership with internal stakeholders and external partners. The Senior Analyst will support efforts across product performance, customer experience, digital optimization, servicing, compliance, and operational execution to deliver strong business outcomes and continued product innovation.
Support the day-to-day management and strategic growth of Trip Cancel Guard, including product performance, customer experience, and priority initiatives.
Analyze customer, operational, and marketing data to identify insights and recommendations to improve product performance.
Lead and support critical product workstreams from planning through delivery, partnering across internal teams and external partners.
Oversee issue resolution for product defects, customer pain points, complaints, and operational escalations.
Develop and maintain reporting to monitor overall product health.
Partner with stakeholders across the organization to achieve business objectives.
Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years of relevant work experience.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives to completion.
Customer-first mindset with a passion for improving experiences and solving pain points.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to partner across teams and influence decisions.
