Senior Associate – AI Solutions Enablement

As Senior Associate – AI Solutions Enablement within our CAO Chief Data and Analytics Office, you will play a pivotal role supporting the Executive Director, AI Solutions Enablement, Product & Innovation. You will serve as the enablement lead and PMO lead for the AI Solutions portfolio and directly project-manage select high-priority AI initiatives, ensuring disciplined execution, communications, transparency, and effective coordination across stakeholders.

The role involves portfolio operations, project management, governance, planning, and communication — you will translate product management discipline and strategy into action and drive operating rigor across AI initiatives. You will partner closely with product, technology, data science, and risk teams to manage portfolio activities and AI products, establish and maintain operating cadences, and support governance and documentation. Your work will enable leadership focus by creating operational rigor, visibility, and momentum for the CAO AI Solutions portfolio.  CAO covers business areas such as Global Security, Global Supplier Services, Real Estate, and more.

This role is ideal for a structured operator with a consulting, strategy, internal transformation, chief of staff, or product foundation who excels in complex environments and is passionate about AI and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day portfolio activities for CAO AI solutions, including use case intake, prioritization, milestones, dependencies, and status reporting. Maintain a regular operating cadence for AI initiatives, including reviews and executive forums
• Enable delivery progress (e.g. tracking against communicated milestones, flagging risks) with data science teams, without direct responsibility for model development
• Directly project-manage select AI initiatives end-to-end (e.g. document requirements, roadmap, status;  drive decisions to closure)
• Coordinate planning across AI initiatives, covering roadmaps, sequencing, capacity, and prioritization alignment
• Support governance for model risk, data, privacy, security, and responsible AI, as needed, in partnership with Risk and Controls teams
• Maintain clear documentation of decisions, approvals, risks, and dependencies where needed
• Develop and update portfolio-level artifacts such as executive summaries, hold cross-functional partners accountable without formal authority; exercise judgment on when to escalate and when to sort it out at the working level
• Maintain AI solutions collateral (aligned AI product requirements, intake decks, roadmaps) with the Executive Director
• Ensure consistent, accurate communication of AI project/product and portfolio status, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders
• Facilitate cross-team coordination where needed, acting as a bridge between lines of business, data science, technology, risk, and central AI partners

• Operate with an enablement mindset, drive continuous improvement by enhancing PMO processes, tooling, reporting, and applying structured problem-solving to streamline portfolio management

   

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, product management, chief of staff, PMO, program management, or business operations roles. Candidates with fewer years may be considered if they demonstrate exceptional qualifications 
• Demonstrated record of high achievement professionally, academically, and/or personally
• Strong organizational and execution skills, with experience managing complex, multi-workstream initiatives and a clear track record of getting things done well and on time
• Executive-ready written and verbal communication skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Experience in management consulting, internal strategy, product management, or transformation PMO roles at a top-tier firm
• Familiarity with AI, technology, or analytics programs in regulated environments
• Experience supporting senior leaders (ED / MD level) with planning, reporting, and executive communications
• Comfort creating structure and operating in highly matrixed environments with senior stakeholders.
• Exposure to portfolio management tools, dashboards, or operating metrics
• Working knowledge of the product lifecycle — how requirements, roadmaps, status, and stakeholder management typically flow
• Genuine interest in AI
