Savings & Investments Domain is looking for a Senior Digital Product Manager – Monitor & Grow, based in Boadilla (Madrid).

As a Senior Digital Product Manager, you will own one of the core customer missions within Santander's global Savings & Investments platform: Monitor & Grow.

You will define the vision, strategy and evolution of the post-investment digital experience, helping customers monitor, understand and grow their investments over time. Your mission will be to transform portfolio management from a static reporting experience into a proactive, intelligent and personalised relationship that builds long-term engagement and trust.

Working at the intersection of business, customer experience, behavioural insights and technology, you will lead one of the most strategic product areas within Savings & Investment digital platform, ensuring a consistent and scalable experience across countries, customer segments and channels.

You will partner closely with local markets, Product Owners, technology teams and senior stakeholders to translate customer needs into innovative digital capabilities that improve customer engagement, increase investment activity and strengthen long-term relationships.

You will play a key role in building Santander's global digital investment platform, designing scalable capabilities that can be adopted across multiple countries while remaining flexible enough to address local regulatory, business and customer needs. Your challenge will be to balance global standardisation with local adaptability, enabling faster time-to-market, greater reuse of capabilities and a consistent customer experience across the Group.

In this role you will:

Product Strategy, Vision & Definition

• Analyse customer needs, competitors, market trends and business priorities. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and simplify investment journeys.
• Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for the Monitor & Grow customer mission.
• Define and continuously evolve how customers monitor, understand and manage their investments after execution.
• Design omnichannel-oriented experiences across channels, while giving response to different customer segments’ needs.
• Translate product strategy into detailed functional requirements.
• Drive the evolution of digital portfolio management towards proactive, personalised and AI-enabled experiences.
• Balance customer needs, business priorities and technical constraints to maximise customer value and long-term engagement.

Customer Experience, Accompany & Grow

• Define customer journeys focused on portfolio monitoring, performance understanding and investment follow-up.
• Design digital experiences that increase customer engagement and encourage long-term investing behaviours.
• Drive capabilities such as portfolio insights, notifications, watchlists, alerts, goals tracking and proactive guidance and accompany.
• Simplify complex financial information into intuitive customer experiences.
• Ensure consistency across customer journeys, channels, segments and markets.
• Design enhanced hybrid experiences across channels.
• Act as the voice of the customer, translating customer needs into product strategy and roadmap priorities.

Product Delivery

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from product discovery and prioritisation to delivery and continuous optimisation.
• Coordinate Product Owners, countries, engineering teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable global capabilities.
• Manage dependencies, risks and cross-functional alignment across multiple initiatives.
• Ensure product adoption and rollout across countries.
• Promote collaboration across customer missions to deliver a seamless end-to-end investment experience.

Product Performance

• Define product success metrics and monitor customer, business and operational KPIs.
• Measure customer engagement, product adoption and long-term customer value.
• Drive continuous optimisation through analytics, experimentation and customer feedback.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer retention, portfolio growth and digital engagement.
• Monitor market trends, digital wealth platforms and emerging technologies to continuously evolve the product.
• Manage and coordinate internal and external partners where required.

Professional Experience

• 8+ years of relevant experience as Product Manager, Strategy Manager, Product Operations Manager, Transformation Manager or similar role.
• Experience owning digital products or leading complex digital initiatives with cross-functional and international stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of digital product management and Agile environments.
• Experience coordinating complex cross-functional programmes.
• Excellent strategic thinking combined with strong execution capabilities.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to structure complex problems and translate them into actionable plans.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders in international environments.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Experience in digital banking, wealth management or digital platforms is highly desirable.

Education

• University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data, Technology or related fields (Preferred)

Languages

• Fluent English and Spanish (Required).
