Senior Manager, HR Operations

We’re hiring a Senior Manager, HR Operations to lead our HR Operations function across Europe, Asia and LATAM. In this role, you’ll translate global HR strategy into scalable programs, policies and service delivery standards while serving as a trusted advisor on complex governance and risk management across multiple international regions.

As a Senior Manager, HR Operations, you’ll:

• Drive strategy and advisory. You’ll shape the roadmap for international HR operations, aligning global policy with local needs while acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across the business.
• Lead governance and compliance. You’ll manage end-to-end compliance across employment contracts, the employee lifecycle, global mobility, benefits, payroll and health and safety protocols across multiple countries.
• Optimize processes. You’ll leverage automation and AI to scale operational efficiency, manage vendor relationships and execute key initiatives like policy overhauls or M&A integrations.
• Develop team talent. You’ll directly manage our HR Operations Manager and coach the broader regional team, setting service-level standards and using metrics to showcase operational impact.

Location

Time spent collaborating with your teammates in-office will be a regular part of how you work. We’re currently considering applicants within commuting distance of London or Barcelona. You’ll be expected to work more days in-office than remote, but will have the freedom to coordinate your specific in-office schedule with your team.

Must-Haves

• Experienced manager. You bring 10+ years of HR operations experience, including at least five years managing teams in a global environment.
• International compliance expertise. You have deep working knowledge of employment law, payroll, benefits and compliance across multiple countries, with strong experience in European regions like the U.K., Spain, Italy and the Netherlands.
• AI fluent. You have proven experience leveraging AI tools to optimize operations and improve workflow efficiency.
• Process builder. You excel at creating scalable, automated processes across complex regulatory landscapes while balancing hands-on execution with long-term strategy.
• Cross-functional collaborator. You build strong partnerships with Legal, Finance and IT, comfortably managing vendor negotiations and influencing senior stakeholders.

Nice-to-Haves

• Multilingual. Conversational or fluent Spanish skills are a plus.
• Certified professional. SHRM-SCP, GPHR or equivalent certifications.
• Advanced degree. Master's degree in HR, Business or a related field.
