Join a fast-moving consumer education technology team building AI-powered learning experiences for students. You will shape product areas from early concepts through launch, helping raise the bar for usability, visual craft, and quality across the product.
Own product areas from conception to delivery, partnering closely with product and engineering leaders to ship improvements quickly.
Design polished interfaces and motion details that make student experiences engaging and easy to use.
Build and scale a design system, including reusable components and practices that help teams maintain high quality.
Use AI tools and workflows to support research, prototyping, design reviews, and product development.
Simplify complex user journeys through rapid prototyping, experimentation, and shipped product iterations.
Several years of product design experience, with the role suited to candidates with approximately 3 to 15 years of experience.
Meaningful experience designing B2C or consumer products, ideally in a fast-moving startup environment.
A portfolio showing strong product craft and examples of work that progressed from prototype to shipped product.
Experience guiding more junior designers and scaling product quality through design systems or design review practices.
Comfort using AI tools as part of design work, with curiosity and a practical, hands-on approach to new tools and workflows.
Ability to simplify complicated user journeys and collaborate through direct feedback and rapid iteration.
