We are looking for an empathetic, data-driven UX Designer to create intuitive, delightful, and human-centered digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and visual designers to transform complex problems into seamless user journeys.
Key Responsibilities
User Research: Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and synthesis to uncover real user pain points and opportunities.
Information Architecture & Flow: Design user flows, wireframes, site maps, and low-fidelity prototypes to test and iterate concepts quickly.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with product and engineering teams to balance user needs with technical feasibility and business goals.
Design Validation: Test concepts with target users, iterate based on feedback, and advocate for accessibility (WCAG) standards.
Design Systems: Contribute to and utilize our design system to maintain UI/UX consistency across products.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of professional UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered problem solving and process.
Proficiency in modern design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Hands-on experience with UX research methodologies, rapid prototyping, and usability testing.
Basic understanding of front-end capabilities (HTML/CSS) to collaborate effectively with engineers.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain the reasoning behind design decisions.
