Senior Staff Software Engineer, Ads Platform Agentic Experiences

• Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale software solutions.
• Lead zero-to-one agentic efforts from concept to compelling prototypes, owning the phase where the problem/solution is still undefined.
• Build end-to-end, covering agent design, tool surfaces, state, streaming, and the frontend experience, strongly shaping the implementation of a first version.
• Set the bar for AI-native user experiences, bringing in strong design judgement to a space where the interaction patterns are still being invented.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 8 years of experience programming in C++.
• 5 years of experience with design and architecture; and testing/launching software products.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  
• 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
• 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
  
• 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.
