Software Engineer III, AI/ML YouTube Shopping Creator

• Lead the design and development of innovative ML/AI-driven models and features.
• Architect and build systems that deeply integrate LLMs and other AI technologies to provide intelligent recommendations.
• Drive integrations across multiple product partners; lead by strong collaborations and partnerships. 
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Data Scientists, and other engineering teams to define and deliver the roadmap for ML/AI capabilities.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 2 years of experience with software development in C++ and Python, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
• 1 year of experience with ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, optimization, data processing, debugging).
• 1 year of experience with one or more of the following: LLM systems, Speech/audio (e.g., technology duplicating and responding to the human voice), reinforcement learning (e.g., sequential decision making), ML infrastructure, or specialization in another ML field.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
  
• 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms.
• Experience with B2C or e-commerce software.
