Activation GTM Manager (Cowork/Copilot Consumptions)

The AI Business Solutions (ABS) organization is responsible for accelerating adoption, consumption, and customer value realization across Microsoft’s Copilot platform. As Microsoft expands from AI assistance to delegated work, intelligent applications, and autonomous agents, ABS plays a critical role in helping customers realize measurable business outcomes through Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, Agents, and emerging Copilot experiences.

As the Activation GTM Manager for Cowork/Copilot Consumptions in KOREA, you will drive the next phase of Copilot growth across the Area by accelerating Copilot consumption, scaling repeatable customer transformation patterns, and driving adoption of new experiences including Cowork, Copilot Code, Autopilot, Managed Apps, Work IQ, and agent-based solutions. You will work across Sales, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Partner teams to turn product innovation into customer impact, partnering with KOREA subsidiary leadership, Area and subsidiary field teams, and the local partner ecosystem across our diverse KOREA markets. This role is critical to helping organizations move from deployment and experimentation to sustained adoption, business process transformation, and consumption growth.

This role requires someone who works comfortably with emerging AI technology, builds repeatable transformation patterns that scale across markets, creates alignment and action across Sales, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Partner teams, and simplifies complex consumption and adoption concepts for business audiences. This opportunity will allow you to shape how organizations across KOREA move from Copilot deployment and experimentation to sustained adoption, business process transformation, and consumption growth.

• You will drive strategies and execution plans that accelerate Copilot consumption, customer activation, and business value realization across priority customers and markets in KOREA, growing Copilot consumption revenue, adoption, and consumption expansion across the Area
• You will lead the commercialization and adoption of new Copilot experiences, including Cowork, Copilot Code, Autopilot, Managed Apps, Work IQ, Copilot Studio, and GitHub Copilot, across the diverse markets of the KOREA Area
• You will partner with KOREA subsidiary leadership, Area and subsidiary field teams, and the local partner ecosystem to identify high-value customer scenarios, expand production usage, and increase consumption across personas, business processes, and workloads
• You will develop scalable GTM motions, playbooks, and best practices that accelerate customer transformation and drive repeatable growth that can be landed consistently across KOREA markets
• You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and stakeholders across KOREA on consumption strategy, customer outcomes, and growth opportunities, and influence product roadmap discussions through customer insights, adoption trends, and consumption signals from the Area

Required (RQs)

• 7+ years GTM strategy, solution sales, business development, customer success, consulting, product marketing, or technology transformation work experience
  • OR equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

• 8+ years GTM strategy, solution sales, business development, customer success, consulting, product marketing, or technology transformation work experience AND Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or related field OR equivalent experience
• Experience driving customer adoption, consumption growth, digital transformation, or SaaS platform expansion
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, Power Platform, or enterprise AI platforms
• Understanding of consumption-based business models, usage analytics, AI economics, token-based consumption, or value realization frameworks
• Experience with agentic AI, automation platforms, intelligent applications, or developer ecosystems
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence across complex, matrixed organizations; strong communication, analytical, and executive stakeholder management skills
