Data Scientist

On our team, you’ll use your analytical skills and data science knowledge to create real-world impact. You’ll work closely with your clients to understand their questions and needs, and then dig into their data-rich environments to find the pieces of their information puzzle. You’ll develop algorithms and systems and use the right combination of tools and frameworks to turn sets of disparate data points into objective answers to help clients make informed decisions. Ultimately, you’ll provide a deep understanding of the data, what it all means, and how it can be used.

You Have:   

• Experience with common scripting languages such as Python or R
• Experience with data exploration, data cleaning, data analysis, data visualization, or data mining
• Experience analyzing structured and unstructured data sources
• Knowledge of machine learning, artificial intelligence, or natural language processing
• Ability to communicate complex data science and artificial intelligence (AI) concepts in clear, accessible ways for technical and non‑technical audiences
• Ability to develop structured, practical learning materials such as hands‑on labs, exercises, or guided walkthroughs aligned with modern data science and AI workflows
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree 

Nice If You Have:   

• 2+ years of experience with structured curricula, facilitated discussions, guided exercises, or delivering technical material in professional learning environments
• 2+ years of experience with Machine Learning, AI, or NLP 
• 2+ years of experience in the development of algorithms leveraging R, Python, or SQL/NoSQL
• Experience designing or delivering training content that incorporates emerging AI capabilities, model limitations, and best‑practice considerations
• Experience integrating APIs in AI‑enabled workflows or applications, including API support for automated or LLM‑driven processes
• Experience with cloud and distributed computing systems such as AWS and Databricks
• Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques, including crafting structured prompts and managing large language model (LLM) context windows to improve output quality when working with generative AI
• Knowledge of model context protocol (MCP) concepts and how standardized context frameworks enable interoperable, plug‑and‑play AI workflows across tools and environments
• Knowledge of data processing frameworks such as Pandas or Spark
• Master’s degree
