Digital Product Analyst

The Digital Product Analyst supports the planning, delivery, and optimization of digital experiences that meet customer needs and business goals. Working closely with Technology, Design, Product Marketing, Analytics, SEO, and Experience teams, this role helps define requirements, prioritize work, manage backlogs, and coordinate the delivery of digital solutions across content, platforms, and customer journeys. The Digital Product Analyst uses data, customer insights, and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for improvement, support product decisions, and help optimize performance. This role also develops an understanding of digital platforms, customer data, content management, marketing technology, and agile delivery practices to support scalable, accessible, and effective digital experiences while fostering strong cross-functional collaboration and alignment.

The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. They will operate comfortably with business leaders while also diving into delivery details, resolving issues, managing dependencies, coordinating teams, and driving outcomes across cross-functional programs.

Position Responsibilities:

Product Discovery, Strategy & Planning

• Bring clarity to ambiguous business needs by identifying assumptions, defining scope, uncovering dependencies, evaluating solution options, and guiding stakeholders toward practical, scalable approaches.
• Create product delivery plans that identify key milestones, risks, technical constraints, and delivery considerations, helping stakeholders make informed prioritization and sequencing decisions.
• Partner closely with Technology, Design, Product Marketing, SEO, Analytics, and Experience teams to shape connected journeys and determine the most effective solution across content, platform, data, and workflow capabilities.
• Build roadmaps that account for functional and content needs, governance, distribution strategy, dependencies, and performance outcomes across priority journeys.
• Align stakeholders on product vision, priorities, trade-offs, and success measures.

Product Delivery & Agile Execution

• Manage and refine the backlog with clear acceptance criteria, dependencies, and priorities tied to customer and business value.
• Participate in agile planning, refinement, and standups, providing clear visibility into progress, risks, decisions, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with Product Marketing and cross-functional partners on launch readiness, campaign enablement, and consistent execution across digital touchpoints.
• Lead or support user acceptance testing to confirm solutions meet requirements, quality standards, accessibility expectations, and intended outcomes.

Insights, Measurement & Optimization

• Define success measures and analyze product, content, journey, and engagement performance with Analytics and Marketing partners.
• Use quantitative and qualitative insights to prioritize improvements, optimize journeys, and increase content effectiveness and conversion.
• Recommend opportunities to simplify customer experiences, workflows, requirements, and platform usage that do not support strategic priorities or measurable value.
• Apply structured prioritization methods to balance impact, effort, risk, and dependencies.

Platform, Experience & Enablement

• Develop working familiarity across the full MarTech stack, including content management and digital asset management, CRM and marketing automation, analytics and experimentation, customer data and personalization, consent and preference management, lead management, and integration capabilities.
• Partner with Technology to understand platform capabilities, integrations, data flows, technical constraints, and reusable services, then translate them into practical business solutions.
• Identify opportunities to consolidate capabilities, reduce redundant tooling or manual work, and improve adoption of existing MarTech investments.
• Take initiative to understand end-to-end workflows, uncover undocumented processes, and connect information across systems, teams, and business functions to support informed decision-making.
• Use enterprise and headless architectures, global design systems, and reusable components to deliver secure, accessible, consistent, and scalable experiences.

Change Management & Stakeholder Alignment

• Act as a connector across Product, Technology, Design, Product Marketing, Analytics, Sales, and Support to drive decisions, resolve dependencies, and maintain consistent execution and create shared understanding in situations where requirements, ownership, or solution approaches are unclear..
• Support adoption through coordinated rollout planning, training, communications, documentation, and feedback loops.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience supporting digital products, platforms, or customer journeys with demonstrated delivery outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear requirements and actionable solutions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across business, product, technology, design, marketing, and analytics teams.
• Ability to evaluate value, effort, risk, and dependencies and recommend where to simplify, standardize, consolidate, or stop work.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working familiarity with an integrated MarTech ecosystem, such as Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics, a customer data platform, Adobe Target or another experimentation platform, Marketo or another marketing automation platform, Salesforce, tag management, consent management, and APIs.
• Understanding of how content, customer data, identity, consent, activation, personalization, lead management, and measurement capabilities work together across the customer journey.
• Experience partnering with Technology, Design, Product Marketing, content, brand, SEO, privacy, or compliance teams.
• Experience with design systems, accessibility standards, headless or API-first ecosystems, and scalable digital workflows.
• Familiarity with agile delivery and work management tools such as Jira or Rally.
• Customer-centric mindset with experience synthesizing qualitative and quantitative feedback.
• Awareness of emerging technologies, including AI, and their responsible application to digital experiences and workflows
