The Product Designer - Manager will be a key contributor to our design team, responsible for leading the design of major features and products. This role requires a highly skilled designer with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, a passion for creating exceptional user experiences, and the ability to mentor other designers.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design of complex and strategic projects from concept to launch.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to create innovative and user-friendly designs.
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specifications.
Mentor and provide guidance to other designers on the team.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
Hands‑on experience applying AI to enhance UX research, run automated usability testing, analyze user behavior, and improve design workflow efficiency.
A track record of building and maintaining component libraries, design tokens, and documentation across teams.
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience leading design projects and mentoring other designers.
Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Experience with motion design and animation.
