The Resource Investment Strategy org is responsible for driving Microsoft resource allocation
rigor across Microsoft’s portfolio. It is an exciting and fast-evolving team that partners deeply
with engineering leaders to ensure $20B+ resources across ~100K engineering FTEs are
continuously aligned to strategic engineering priorities.

Business and Finance Partnership: Provide strategic leadership to top Engineering and
Finance leaders to drive operating leverage through resource allocation and investment
optimization by giving visibility to the current resource landscape, analyzing macro-level
results, and applying systems thinking to identify and recommend levers to influence
decision-making.

Financial Analysis IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.
