Responsibilities

 

• We are seeking a highly skilled Technical AI Business Analyst with deep expertise in Generative AI application frameworks and hands-on experience in Claude skill creation. This role bridges business needs with advanced AI solutions, ensuring successful implementation of cutting-edge AI systems across enterprise workflows. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and stakeholder management skills with technical fluency in LLM architectures, orchestration frameworks, and evaluation methodologies.
• GenAI Frameworks: Drive AI application design and implementation using LangChain, LangGraph, and related orchestration tools. 

• Claude Skill Creation: Design, configure, and optimize Claude-based skills tailored to business use cases. 

• LLM Selection: Evaluate and recommend appropriate LLMs based on task requirements, performance metrics, and scalability. 

• Model Understanding: Apply deep knowledge of Transformer architecture, encoder-decoder fundamentals, and fine-tuning techniques (full fine-tuning, PEFT, LoRA, QLoRA). 

• Evaluation Metrics: Define and track model performance using Precision, Recall, F1-score, and other relevant KPIs. 

• RAG Pipelines: Architect and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise-grade AI solutions. 

• Hallucination Mitigation: Identify, analyze, and implement techniques to reduce hallucinations in AI outputs. 

• Agentic AI: Design and orchestrate multi-agent AI systems for complex workflows. 

• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, translating business requirements into technical AI solutions and ensuring alignment across stakeholders. 

• Technical User Stories: Write clear, detailed, and implementation-ready user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows for AI-driven features. 

• Architecture Documentation: Create clear technical documentation, workflows, and architecture diagrams for AI implementations. 

• Must-Have Skills

  

 

Mandatory Skill sets:

• Strong expertise in Generative AI concepts and Claude skill creation. 

• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, RAG pipelines, and agentic AI orchestration. 

• Deep understanding of LLM architectures, fine-tuning methods, and evaluation metrics. 

• Ability to design AI pipelines and architectures with focus on scalability and reliability. 

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to bridge technical and business teams. 

• Proven ability to write technical user stories and translate complex AI concepts into actionable development tasks. 

Preferred Skill sets:

• Experience with vector databases and knowledge retrieval systems. 

• Familiarity with cloud-native AI deployments (Azure, AWS, GCP). 

• Exposure to AI governance, compliance, and ethical frameworks. 

• Prior experience in enterprise AI product implementation.
