International Product Manager (US) - Infrastructure Platforms

As a Product Manager in Infrastructure Platforms,  you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.  The Product Management Staff VP is an individual contributor embedded in the IP International product management team, partnering with the Head of Product and product managers to strengthen operating cadence, portfolio visibility, and day-to-day effectiveness. The role does not own a roadmap; it enables consistent execution by maintaining shared practices, tools, and portfolio insights so product managers can focus on strategy, customers, and delivery. The team delivers platform capabilities across regions while staying defensible in risk, regulatory, and audit discussions; this role supports clear “source of truth” documentation, decision traceability, and configuration-first approaches where regional variance is needed.  As reporting and operating practices mature, the role helps reduce manual effort through automation. Experience with approved internal AI tools—or strong interest in learning and applying them responsibly—to improve tracking, reporting, and workflows is valued. Job responsibilities 

• Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers 
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap 
• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition 
• Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability 
• Defines and executes the product strategy and roadmap for global infrastructure platform services supporting international office and branch environments
•  Partners with engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, and line-of-business stakeholders to deliver scalable, resilient, and standardized infrastructure capabilities across diverse site types
•  Prioritizes product investments by evaluating customer needs, operational requirements, risk considerations, and business value outcomes
•  Drives adoption of platform standards, service patterns, and hosting models that improve consistency, speed to delivery, and operational efficiency across global locations
•  Collaborates with technology teams to enhance resiliency, failover capabilities, network segmentation, and overall platform reliability
•  Establishes product success measures and uses data-driven insights to monitor service health, customer experience, adoption, and business impact
•  Communicates product vision, roadmap priorities, and delivery progress to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders while balancing competing priorities and dependencies

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area 
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics 
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management 
• Experience managing technology infrastructure, network, platform, cloud, or enterprise technology products in a complex global environment
•  Strong understanding of scalability, resiliency, availability, stability, and risk management principles within enterprise technology platforms
•  Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment across engineering, operations, architecture, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders
•  Experience translating customer and business requirements into product roadmaps, features, and measurable outcomes
•  Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present recommendations and tradeoffs to senior leadership

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

• Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization 
• Experience supporting global infrastructure platforms, network services, workplace technology, or branch and office technology solutions
• Knowledge of enterprise networking concepts, including WAN connectivity, resiliency models, segmentation, and failover strategies
• Familiarity with Zero Trust principles, security controls, and regulatory or risk management frameworks
• Experience developing products that support geographically distributed users and international business operations
• Track record of leading platform modernization, standardization, or large-scale transformation initiatives
• Experience working in a highly regulated financial services or similarly complex industry environment
