Role:
1. Digital lending - consumer loans , retail loans, cards, origination
2. Backlog management for product journey on jira
3. liase with UX, Risk, compliance, Consumer lending business
4. PO for the lending journeys - from concsept to business case through launch, hyper care.
5. Own and prioritise the product backlog
6. Product strategy and roadmap and agree with leadership
7. Write requirements, USer stories, BRDs and acceptance criterion
8. Design Mobile first customer journeys in partnership with UX UI
9. Own funnel performance application starts, drop offs, straight though and disbursal conversion.
10. Build and maintain KPI dashboard for board and Exco level reporting
11. Build coalitions across risk, legal, compliance, operations, marketing and technology
