You'll support day-to-day HR operations while working closely with an HR Business Partner. Your responsibilities include managing the onboarding process, supervising students, preparing management events, and actively participating in recruiting from job postings through interviews. You'll organize team events and special projects while gaining insights into strategic business decisions and conducting data analysis. You're currently studying business administration, economic psychology, economics, social sciences, psychology or a related field, with strong MS Office skills, excellent German and English, and ideally prior HR experience. The internship begins February 2027 for six months.
