Product Manager - Senior Associate

As a Senior Product Associate in Global Banking and Payments front office, you will have the opportunity to promote the discovery, design, and delivery of innovative solutions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Global Banking and Payments front office teams. You will work closely with key partners across the Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Business teams to ensure the on-time development of value-add Customer Relationship Management capabilities, while helping to set the strategic roadmap for the broader Global Banking Experience & Intelligence program.

Job responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy, establishing measurable objectives and key results (OKRs) that align priorities, track impact, and drive accountability.
• Conduct product discovery, synthesizing user needs, business requirements, technical constraints, and regulatory considerations into clear product requirements/specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. 
• Shape and prioritize the product roadmap in partnership with stakeholders across the Commercial & Investment Bank, balancing client and business value, feasibility, risk, and strategic objectives.
• Co-create the target-state front-office experience with Design, Engineering, and Business partners using design-thinking methods and rapid prototyping tools, translating validated concepts into actionable, well-scoped requirements.
• Drive data-informed product decisions through qualitative research and quantitative analysis of multiple sources, including large data sets, to guide feature design, measure adoption, and evaluate program outcomes.
• Own release readiness and execution with Engineers, Architects, and Scrum Masters, coordinating dependencies and defining and conducting end-to-end testing to deliver high-quality capabilities.
• Guide go-to-market, rollout, and change-management planning for new capabilities, partnering with Customer Success, support, and training teams to accelerate adoption and sustain user value.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience at a financial services firm, tech firm, or startup in product management or business analysis for a software product
• Experience with user centric design, software development lifecycle, business process analysis, and software testing
• Strong quantitative and qualitative problem solving, including ability to turn quantitative analyses into actionable recommendations
• Familiarity with software development and data concepts (e.g., APIs; web application architecture; structured vs. unstructured data; etc.)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with comfort tailoring the message based on the audience

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Experience working with Customer Relationship Management software
• Experience building product prototypes using AI tools
• Previous experience and proven success with digital transformation implementations (journey design, prototyping to scale), and tech innovation initiatives with a strong interest in operating model design and / or business strategy
