Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Wealth Management business plan across all channels, ensuring the right business structure is in place to drive growth.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of business dynamics and customer needs to effectively position multiple WM and Bancassurance products and services.
• Plan and deliver initiatives and propositions in line with changing business and regulatory dynamics to increase product holdings and improve revenues.
• Identify product needs across customer segments with General Managers, product managers and segment managers, and develop appropriate product and service offerings.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of Bancassurance products, including design, launch, review and enhancement, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage partnerships with insurance providers and ensure adherence to local regulatory requirements and Group policies for all Bancassurance offerings.
• Ensure front-end and sales staff are adequately trained on product features, benefits and competitive positioning, supported by robust sales and training materials.
• Promote product awareness and support a strong Wealth Management culture among existing and prospective clients.
• Monitor financial performance and key metrics to ensure delivery against planned activities and targets.
• Ensure all product documentation, processes and collateral are complete, accurate and kept up to date.
