Senior Product Manager for Commercial Cards - SVP

Citi is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead its Commercial Cards product portfolio, shaping strategy, driving innovation, and delivering measurable business results across a high-impact team. In this senior leadership role, you will own the full product lifecycle for corporate card solutions, from roadmap development through to client-facing delivery, while leading a team of product managers and collaborating across business units. This is an opportunity to influence product direction at scale and position Citi's commercial card offerings at the forefront of the market.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of product managers across the Commercial Cards portfolio, setting clear goals, managing performance, and building team capability to deliver consistently strong results.

• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle by monitoring market demand, technology trends, and the competitive landscape to keep the portfolio relevant and differentiated.

• Conduct ongoing client and competitor market research to identify gaps, shape the product innovation roadmap, and develop advanced solutions that address evolving commercial needs.

• Collaborate with clients directly to present commercial card products, gather feedback, and ensure solutions meet the practical needs of corporate customers.

• Set and track financial performance targets, including revenue growth, acquisition goals, and expense management, while identifying opportunities to close gaps in business plans.

• Assess credit risk considerations within product decisions, ensuring all commercial card offerings meet regulatory and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 10+ years of product management experience, with a clear track record of leading product strategy across complex financial or payments products.

• Deep knowledge of corporate or commercial card products, including an understanding of credit risk principles as they apply to card programs.

• Demonstrated leadership experience managing product management teams, including hiring, coaching, and accountability for team performance.

• Cross-functional background spanning marketing, credit, client acquisition, product development, and analytics, with the ability to coordinate across business units.

• Advanced English proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills used to present strategies to senior stakeholders and explain products to clients.

• Analytical and decision-making skills applied to product performance data, market research, and financial outcomes to guide product direction.
• Experience developing and managing external partner and alliance relationships to co-create or enhance product capabilities.

• Background in multi-market or regional product strategy, with experience coordinating product plans across multiple countries or business units.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Preferred Master's degree in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing.
