The Connectors team is building the extensibility and data-access layer that brings enterprise knowledge into Microsoft 365 Copilot. This includes first-party (1P) Microsoft Graph Connectors that ingest and index high-value content, and Federated Copilot Connectors (FCC) that enable secure, real-time access to external systems. The team’s work is critical to expanding Copilot’s reach, grounding quality, freshness, and enterprise trust across a broad ecosystem of data sources.
We are looking for a Software Engineer II who combines solid engineering fundamentals with an AI-native mindset. You will solve well-scoped technical problems, turn emerging AI capabilities into reliable product experiences, and collaborate with partner teams in a co-development model. You are curious, innovative, customer-focused, and motivated to contribute to secure, scalable, and high-quality connector experiences.

As a Software Engineer II, you will design, build, test, and operate connector capabilities across 1P Graph Connectors and FCC. You will contribute to technical designs and engineering practices, collaborate across team boundaries, and help deliver secure, reliable, and AI-ready integrations using shared platform capabilities.
