Staff Software Engineering Manager, Security Data Foundations

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers and TPMs responsible for Cloud CISO's product security-related data. 
• Define and drive the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for the team, aligning with Cloud CISO's goals.
• Drive the adoption of advanced GenAI/LLM patterns to improve the accuracy and reliability of our data, and velocity of execution.
• Partner with Cloud CISO leadership, product security engineers, and operations teams to understand data needs, define requirements, and deliver robust solutions.
• Establish and enforce best practices for data quality, governance, and security.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 8 years of experience programming in C++, Java or Go.
• 3 years of experience building software for data privacy or security (e.g., identity and access management).
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
• Experience designing and implementing distributed systems.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
  
• 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
  

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 3 years of experience building software for data privacy or security (e.g., identity and access management).
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
