Principal Strategic Account Executive - AI Infrastructure & NeoCloud

We are seeking a highly motivated Principal Strategic Account Executive to join our specialized sales team targeting the most explosive-growth sector in technology: NeoClouds, AI-Native Companies, GPU Cloud Providers, Inference Platforms, CSPs, ISPs, and Hyperscalers.

This is a quota-carrying, hunter-focused role responsible for driving new logo acquisition and expansion sales across this dynamic market. Partnering closely with a skilled Solutions Architect, you will lead the charge in selling cutting-edge AI infrastructure solutions to senior technology leaders (CTOs, VP of Infrastructure), forging long-term partnerships that power groundbreaking innovation.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the Strategic AI Landscape: Drive new logo acquisition and expand relationships within a targeted portfolio of NeoClouds, AI-Native Platforms, Sovereign AI Clouds, and Hyperscalers.
• Lead with Strategy: Collaborate with a dedicated Solutions Architect to craft and execute comprehensive account plans, delivering a unified, consultative approach to address customer needs.
• Engage the Technology C-Suite: Deliver compelling, high-impact presentations to CIOs, CTOs, Chief Architects, and Cloud Infrastructure leaders, focusing on critical business drivers such as "Time-to-Compute," "Energy Efficiency," and "Sovereign AI Isolation."
• Position Infrastructure for AI Excellence: Tailor innovative solutions that enhance GPU utilization, optimize high-performance networking, and deliver reliable and scalable AI infrastructure.
• Create & Quantify Value: Develop ROI-focused business cases that quantify the difference your solutions make using metrics like operational efficiency, cost savings, speed to production, and scale.
• Lead Enterprise Sales: Manage complex sales cycles with multi-stakeholder engagement, contract negotiations, and scaling capacity agreements.
• Ensure Precision Planning: Maintain a disciplined approach to forecasting, pipeline rigor, and CRM management to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10+ years of successful enterprise technology sales expertise, with a track record of serving Hyperscalers, AI-Native Platforms, or other major players in the AI infrastructure and cloud sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales quotas, secure new business, and manage intricate, multi-million-dollar enterprise agreements.
• Extensive experience selling complex software solutions, cloud services, bare-metal infrastructure, and next-gen platform engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of the AI ecosystem, including cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, containerization) and high-performance computing systems.
• Proven ability to thrive in a high-growth, hyper-competitive, and fast-evolving technology environment.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong executive presence, adept at communicating compelling business value to senior leaders and decision-makers.
• Exceptional consultative selling skills, discovery expertise, and strategic account management capabilities.
• Ability to navigate complex sales cycles, effectively engaging both technical teams and executive leadership.
• Outstanding collaboration skills, with a talent for optimizing partnerships with technical resources such as Solutions Architects.
• A disciplined and precise approach to territory planning, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
