Technical Program Manager, Capital Projects, Quantum AI

• Manage end-to-end execution of capital infrastructure programs, aligning complex technical deliverables with organizational milestones.
  
• Direct program budgets, integrated master schedules, and phase-gate reviews to ensure capital efficiency and on-time delivery.
  
• Orchestrate collaboration across engineering, construction, and operations teams to bridge silos and unify program objectives.
  
• Identify and mitigate critical path risks, triaging complex technical challenges to maintain project momentum.
  
• Standardize communication protocols and language within the various teams to provide progress tracking and performance metrics for reporting.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 8 years of experience in program management.
  
• 5 years of experience working with multi-disciplinary design and construction throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.

Preferred qualifications:

• 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience directing high-value capital project portfolios and leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of total operational time.
