What You'll Do
You are a highly technical, strategic IT partner and hands-on technical owner for People and Legal functions. This is an individual contributor role. You will partner closely with People and Legal teams to provide platform architecture and stewardship, vendor technical oversight, change/release and production support.
You will own a 12–36 month technology & AI roadmap for People and Legal, translate priorities into technical architecture and delivery plans, and make technical/vendor decisions within delegated authority. You will collaborate on core platform programs for the business functions you support (e.g. Workday and Greenhouse, Enterprise CLM, Matter and Invoicing Management, etc.), and drive enterprise-wide AI initiatives to operational adoption.
