As a Part-Time Brand Ambassador in a Lucid Studio, your primary focus will be creating exceptional first impressions and delivering a welcoming, elevated experience for every guest who visits Lucid. As one of the first points of contact for our brand, you'll help spark curiosity, build meaningful connections, and introduce customers to the future of electric mobility. The Opportunity
Brand Ambassadors are the first point of engagement for guests visiting a Lucid Studio. They play a critical role in delivering an elevated customer experience, creating brand connection, and supporting daily studio operations.
This is a part-time role that requires flexibility, including the ability to work evenings and weekends. Part Time Brand Ambassador can expect to work between 20-25 hours per week.

Compensation Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
Hourly rate: $23 giving you stable and predictable income from day one. In addition to base salary, boost your earnings with uncapped commission, allowing you to earn as much as your performance drives. This position is eligible to earn commission on eligible vehicle deliveries, subject to the terms of the applicable commission plan. Enjoy bi‑weekly commission payouts, so you see the results of your work quickly and consistently.
Compensation & Benefits: Lucid offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; paid time off; paid holidays, paid sick leave; and a 401(k) retirement plan. Hourly/non-exempt employees accrue up to 120 hours paid time off, and salaried/exempt employee accrue up to 160 hours paid time off. Eligible employees may also participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual cash incentive program. Incentive and equity awards, if applicable, are determined based on individual performance, role scope, market considerations, and overall company results, in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
